Remotes

891LM

The 891LM remote features Security+ 2.0 technology which makes it one of our most versatile remotes. The 891LM is compatible with every gate operator that Phoenix Fence currently stocks. It is, however, not compatible with older models. With Security+ 2.0 users are assured a new code with every use.

371LM

Compatible with all LiftMaster gate openers from 2006 to 2014. If you have an older gate operator, then this is the remote for you. With Security+ 315 MHz rolling code technology, users are assured of a new code with every use.

Phoenix Fence does carry and stock a wider variety of remotes; these are our most popular models. If you would like to inquire about different products please contact us.

Keypads

KPW5 / KPW250 LiftMaster Wireless Keypad

The KPW wireless keypads are designed to work exclusively with Security+ 2.0. The numbers 5 and 250 refer to the number of codes each keypad can hold. Along with the permanent codes, the KPW series keypads can hold a temporary code that can be used between 1 and 9 times, after which it erases the code on its own.

AK-11

The AK-11 is an exterior keypad designed for digital keyless entry for access control applications. The AK-11 keypad is Phoenix Fence's most popular keypad. The AK-11 keypad is housed in a rugged cast aluminum enclosure that can be directly mounted to a pedestal or bolted directly to the wall. The AK-11 can hold up to 480 entry codes from 1 to 6 digits in length.

Features

  • Self-contained keyless entry system ideal for all commercial and residential needs
  • Up to 480 programmable input codes
  • Two LED indicators show system status
  • Tactile and audible feedback
  • Keylock secures keypad to mounting back plate
  • 4" W x 5.5" H x 3" D
  • Powered from a 12 to 24 Volt AC or DC source

Gooseneck Pedestal (PED-42)

  • The PED-42 Gooseneck post is perfect for easy installation of keypads and other access control products and for the convenient use of these devices from a vehicle. The PED-42 is a curb mount model that includes a base plate with extra-large 5/8" holes to accommodate lag bolts to anchor.
  • Phoenix Fence also offers a 3' post with a baseplate on it so that the PED-42 can be cemented in the ground as well.

Loop Detectors

Loops

Phoenix Fence offers a wide variety of in ground loops, from preformed trenched-in loops for driveways yet to be poured or gravel driveways, all the way to saw cut loops that can be installed into asphalt or concrete driveways. Loops can be used with any gate operator application. Loops are used for free exit and safety on a gate application.

Installation

Loops are essentially metal detectors that will detect a vehicle that is driving over top of them. Being that loops are metal detectors, they are generally installed about 6' off of each side of the gate. The loop on the inside of the gate will act as a free exit device: the vehicle can drive up to the gate and it will open, allowing them to exit. The loop on the other side of the gate will act as the safety loop. This allows the vehicle to exit the path of the gate while still being detected by the loop, and ensures that the gate will not close with any vehicle in the way.

For more information about loops please contact the Phoenix Fence gate operator department.

Photo Eyes & Sensing Edges

LMTBUL / LMRRUL LiftMaster Monitored Photo Eyes

The LMTBUL (Emitter/Receiver photo eye) and the LMRRUL (Retro Reflective photo eye) are the LiftMaster monitored safety photo eyes that comply with the UL325 safety code and are required on all new LiftMaster gate operator installs. The eyes are monitored and send a signal to the board of the operator to allow the operator to function at full capacity.

All new LiftMaster gate operators require a monitored safety device to be connected.

LiftMaster Wireless Monitored Sensing Edge

LiftMaster offers a Monitored Resistive Wireless Edge Kit (LMWEKITU) that is a UL325 compliant system providing superior features ensuring all your gate application entrapment zones are safe and protected.

  • 12 to 24 volts AC or DC power

IRB-4X2 Thru Beam Photo Eye Kit

Building on the success of the original IRB-4X, the IRB-4X2 takes a step further by offering advanced features in a smaller and more convenient package. The kit includes transmitter, receiver, integrated protective hoods and a removable lens sunshield, in a thru beam configuration with a 115 ft. operating range.

The IRB-4X2 photo eye is used as a safety, reversing, or opening device in conjunction with automatic operators. The IRB-4X2 will work with any control board that accepts dry contact on the input. The easy to install IRB-4X2 is used with garage doors, rolling doors, parking barriers and other equipment.

Not for use in applications requiring UL325 compliance.

Features

  • Works without lenses so it is easy to align
  • Electronic sunlight filter
  • Automatic compensation for temperature changes
  • Capable of penetrating 70% obstruction due to fog, steam and even spray
  • Immune to vibration
  • Does not require additional signal amplifiers or relay boxes
  • IP65 enclosure

NIR-50 Reflective Photo Eye

The NIR-50 is a reflective photo eye that is easy to install, with a lower range, good for residential applications or applications where power cannot be on both sides of the gate. The NIR-50 photo eye uses an emitter to shoot a beam across the gate opening and uses a reflector to shoot the beam back to complete your entrance safety.

Features

  • Flexible voltage: 12 to 240 Volts DC, 24 to 240 Volts AC
  • Watertight package for reliable outdoor installation
  • 2 LED indicators
  • Sensitivity adjustment
  • Optional protective hood available
  • Bracket and mounting hardware are included
